Egg Shell

An entity is hidden
In self contained world,
filled with the necessities,
to survive,

For,
Food alone,
Is the the only resource,
mined for consumption,

In the midst,
of this never ending buffet,
cells duplicate,
band together,
form tissues and organs,

but over time,
it eventually,
develops a conscious.



it begins to explore,
only to discover,
 its trapped,

in a confined space
with a hard outer wall,



the world ain't as big,
as it use to be.

As External noises,
pour into the senses,
filling the chamber,
with curiosity,

With food stocks dwindling,
Something must exist,
beyond,
The wall,


and with its wings and arms,
cramped to the max.
it begins to push out,

only to crack,
the darkness,

FLOODED
with a light,

only able,
        to push forward,
   and find out who,
                 to love.              

Ignorance

 There.
     Ain't nothin,
             Sweeter,
                 then goin,
      Cherry pickin
     
   For instantaneous gratification,
          can found,
                     endlessly,

          In a millisecond,
                  of thought,





     Simply search the web,
                  For the opinion,
        Of your choice,



               To reinforce,
                  Your perspective.











     And the gods be damned,
                     if the data retrieved,
            Is not expected,

            Just rephrase,
                    the question,

Latency

Remote,
     Minds,
 are forever hindered,
            by the delay,
                  of a response.

Thumb Twiddling

    Nonsense,
      should not be met,
    with reasoning,
           or facts.

   When its sole purpose,
               is to waste your time.

Pendulum

A pendulum swings,
         freely both ways,

      Tying to balance,
         two opposing,
           points of view,

   Consistently,
               Flipping,
           and flopping.
                at a predictable rate.

    Eventually finding,
                      The middle ground,
   
    In the world,
             of the undecided,
                           
  Its more like a game of tether ball,
            With each side,
                          taking turns,
                       pushing the center of balance,

                                  to the right

    Stifling;
  their competition,
       Until the pendulum,
                   Breaks.
     

Political Analysis 2016

Self preservation,
          Is a character trait,
    That is not valued,
             In today's technical,
                        Modern Society.

   But I argue
           its the first requirement,
                 needed to lead people.

        For,
            Self preservation is our most basic,
         animal instinct,
              that allowed us to evolve,
                      with time,

             And...

       Deviation,
                 from its path,
             results in an organisms,
                     understanding of pain and fear.

      Any organism,
                  that does not understand,
                                           how to react,
                                to these situations,

                  And is still alive...

              Had an advantage so large,
                                       in its evolution,
                      that is disconnected from reality,

                          While we can all see,
 
                          These self inflicted,
                     repeated injuries,
                                will eventually be,
                             the demise of such an organism.

                    We as a people,
                           we need to tap less,
                     into our adrenaline,
                             and more into our senses.

Gerrymandering.

     No society,
           Is truly represented,
    When a deck is stacked,
            in someone,
                 or some groups,
                       favor.

    The voice,
           of the people,
                is diminished,

        When a party,
\   organizing a geographical area,
                         based on past records,
            to win an election,.

     It cheats the country,
                 out of a geographic representative,
          and ultimately undermines,
                the will of the people,

Affluenza

It is unfortunate,
         when a youth,
     in the world,
               is raised,
          improperlly.

    With no standard,
                   of repercussions,
           They foolishly
                   lash out,
              
   Act Stupid..
         And get caught..

These actions,
           are easily be liked to,
                       both
              a rich and the poor. 
                          Child.

            However,

     To argue,
   A child is better off,
           with a privileged treatment,
      Because of
               a  privileged upbringing,

            Is the same mistake,
     That the childs upbringing,
                         Delivered.

         Unfortunately,
                  The child,
       Will suffer,
                  and cause,
            More suffering,

          Until,
               The appeals,
                            run dry,
 
         And the judge declares,

   Right and wrong,
                Is a universally learned,
      And there is no excuse,
             to ignorance,
                  to the law.

A Facebook Filtration

When two descending,

           Points of view clash,

    On a daily basis,

    Without any sense,

           Of compromise.

     It is necessary,

                  to protect ones sanity,

            and unfollow,

         the news,

               the politics,

       the issues,

    In order to avoid, 

              Heated and scathing,

         comments,

 

    That will protect,

             and honor,

        ones friendships.

Mistrust

        Craft your language,
             Rehearse your actions,
     Soak in your surroundings.

       This will ensure,
                  the greatest level,
             of manipulation,
                      in the public spectrum,

                To promote
                             A Hidden,
                      Agenda.

Emoji

Emoji icons,

Have the power,

To accentuate,

emotional Interactions,

Between the writer,

And the intended reader,

However,

With clever usage,

They can also,

Provide,

Essential escape routes,

To colorless conversations.

Limitless Floor

Failing to meet,

Expectations,

Is one of the pitfalls,

Of life.

However 

When the pitfall becomes 

a never ending loop,

it's not the individual,

That fails,

But rather,

The analysis,

Of what is expected.

The best connections,

                throughout life,

            pick up,

Moral Compass (West vs ISIS)

   Taught over time,
                right and wrong,
         is not a universally,
                            understood language.

     Where you live,
              Largely determines,
                         how your calibrated,

    For Countries,
         States,
             Counties,
         Municipalities,
                         Vary,
    punishment or rewards,
       for acceptable,
             or unacceptable behavior.

                Unfortunately,
         where we have,
                       Proper education,
                  In civil societies like the west,

         Underdeveloped countries,
                                         with less education,
                                 rely on a more radical form of
                                                  of civil reform.
       
            With each side looking toward,
                       the great moral manipulators,
                                           Whom are both positive
                                  or negative,

                       The negotiation,
                                     or rather calibration,
                              between each leader,
                    Is at a united nations front.

                        The problem becomes,
                  when there is no recognized leader,
                              To communicate with,

               When the compasses,
                                 Each side relies on,
                     Need to be aligned,
        result in,
             a tit for tat military response,
                         that only escalate,
                                misunderstanding.

             To bridge that gap,
                    We must,
             Make a commitment,
                             To knowledge.
                 And arm people,
                                  With the internet,
            To make responsible contradictions.

                                  This will
                                      Eventually expose,
                                                  and irradiate radical,
                                              Inhumane responses.

             That will calibrate the world.

Children limit,

        An elders freedom,

     With gifts,

          Of responsibility.

Pick a color,

       in your dreams,

                             By a motivated group,
                   of opinionated journalists,
                                  who will sensationalize,
                                              Everything to make a living.
