NCAA
The vast majority,
Of student athletes,
Will never,
Play at a professional level,
Yet these athletes,
During their prime,
playing years,
Are treated,
As slaves,
Sure,
One can say,
They are paid,
Through,
Education Oppertunity,
But the pure monopoly,
These all universites,
Opperate under,
Puts all individuals,
who attend,
Under extreme,
Financial hardship.
This lock box of knowledge,
Our capitalist society
Operates under,
Is rotten,
To its core,
And I find it,
Appalling,
That the sporting arm,
Of these universities,

Philadelphia Eagles
Im a huge sports fan,
And with what Chip Kelly has done,
To the Philadelphia Eagles,
Has left me befuddled...
The way I have begun to piece this puzzle together, is by coming up with an explainable analogy to correlate my thought over free agency.. I believe Chip Kelly "the coach" is the 16 year old learning to drive, and for the past couple years he was driving an old beater car with his pops. Filling out the log book for his driving hours, and meeting the requirements for the job....
Now Chip and his family were responsible saving money from all those birthdays/holiday cards and chores around the house. He just passed his driver test, got his license, and takes his money to buy a half way decent car. This is where we shall introduce Chip Kelly "the general manager", which we'll have to fast forward this analogy 50 years into the future "self driving gps assisted car".
The father is the radio host mike missanelli, and the thoughts that go through the fathers head are the general public that calls into his show.
I think with this analogy has every concern of Philly sports fans rolled into a soon to be realistic scenario society will have to debate. Is it safe? Do you let your kid drive a self driving car in the first place if its his first time driving? Whos responsible if there is an accident? What insurance coverage do I need for a self driving car?

Thoughts on Gas
1.) gas prices should be standardized.... They shouldn't flux between 2.80 to 3.07 because of a driving session.. We know there's going to be increased need at this time in the beginning of the year so wouldn't it just be wise to say hey were all going to pay 2.89 for gas for the entire year instead of hiking gas prices up and down every time there's increased consumption.
2.) We need to have a larger oil reserve/gas reserve in this country. Whatever the amount is its way too low to sustain our country for very long. Right now i think our current system has us alright for one month..
3.) Refineries should schedule downtime/maintenance on an alternating schedule so that no two refineries are down at the same time. As well as trying not to schedule downtime during summer driving and winter heating session...
4.) when gas prices go over a certain amount say 3.00 cents its mandatory that the gas company invest those profits in the oil infrastructure /alternate fuel / do something to lower the cost of gas... Honestly there's no difference between this year and last year in terms of supply and we were paying 2.30 for gas... Gas
The next time you drive down the highway and you see gas prices at one station way lower then you expect... Any typical American would move their foot from the gas pedal to the break, look at their gas situation... and decide whether or not to buy gas at this cheap place...
Quite often we might drive to one particular gas station to obtain our gallons of gasoline...
But look where that left us, by only buying gas at a certain station, the gas stations slowly dwindled in competitive areas... Competitive pricing is no longer one of their plans of the oil industry as they start to work together at setting prices in certain areas... Competitive pricing is still going on to a point, and its not too late for us to make a difference in this gas consumption war.
Now instead of buying gas all the time at the cheapest location every single time, i think its our duty to buy gas that might be two cents more then the cheapest gas... To be honest we need to keep competition in the gas industry, or we'll have places like sheetz who buy the cheapest gas they can (with a slightly higher water content) and get an over all worse product... All because we wanted to save a few cents....
The funny thing is, were now paying the same amount for this cheap gas now as a quality gas product. ultra low quality gas, or gas that's able to just run are cars is now being made readily available and you have to buy fuel cleaner just to make sure your gas is alright... I say, the low quality gas stations are good for competition, but keep buying the better quality gas so it stays in America...
We need a mix of both and not overindulgence in either...
The only way to truly keep gas prices low, is to keep the gas stations open where competition is fierce... If you see a station struggling across the street, don't just let it go... because in a few years your gas station you spent all that money at will charge more then what the other one would have...

This is a letter i wrote to the antidrug. I guess i need to find a new topic besides drugs but i really don't like that American political system defines drugs as a criminal problem rather then a social problem.

We honestly do not have the ability to keep every American off drugs. We can tell them it’s wrong, we can tell them their friends will come down the street and just say “hey I have something for you to try”. But in the end they’re going to have to make that decision.
My major concern isn’t keeping drugs out of the county. I don’t believe that’s the problem. What I dislike is the drug war that’s happening in the United States. And by allowing violent drug dealers to thrive in our atmosphere; or to allow a no knock policy for our police force because a violent drug dealer could be in a house in a bad neighborhood. Innocent people die in this war because we are too focused on purifying humans.
You know what we should do. Educate our children. Not just by having people come in and say drugs are bad, they’ll ruin your life. But also by people who used drugs safely throughout their lives. They only smoked pot maybe 1-5 times a year, and say its ok but don’t go crazy with it; just like alcohol. We have charts to warn individuals based on body weight if they’d be a safe to drive but you have no charts available on other drug usage which would help people better understand what is safe and what is not. In the end children will have to learn responsibility with drugs with or without you and the only way they learn that now is by experience.
By not educating people on safe drug usage, people don’t realize the danger zone their approaching and become addicts. True this might happen if we educate them or not, but at least we gave them a chance.
Billions of dollars are being spent to fight this, jail cells are being built, and for what? People who are simply balancing the supply and demand; there is demand and their always will be. The responsible thing as a society for us to do is educate, take the drugs out of violent drug dealers hands, and declassify this criminal act as a social problem much like alcohol abuse.

I like writing to random people and stating my opinion; so here's a letter I wrote to abovetheinfluence.com in the comment section to improve their website.

We are privileged to live in this world of black and white, right and wrong. Constantly in balance with the other side. But I can't help noticing a shade of grey that exists between lines. That shouts out loud like a fallen tree in the forest.
This grey area is constantly moving back, receding into the white and laying claim for black. We slowly lose our balance, and throw children in cells, who are trying to profit from the supply and demand of a multi billion dollar industry. Living in a capitalist society, you can't deny the profitability, but you defined it as wrong and build more jails.
Are these individuals truly criminal? Our friends, our fathers, our brothers and sisters, trying to survive, working minimum wage in areas where moneys tight. Are they horrible people? No, it seems to me that crime occurs more often when poverty is the central issue an individual life.
But let’s get back on the trail; I believe drugs are a social problem. Where individuals are not properly educated on the effects of drugs other then "just say no". There is no alcohol consumption chart that shows you where your cutoff point is. Individuals have to figure these things out for themselves and thus develop problems. Your black and white politics are hurting American society and wasting billions of dollars fighting the drug war.
Innocent people die in wars (that includes the drug war), and I think its time to take the drugs out of violent drug dealers hands and become more grown up as a society. You can't live in a world of complete darkness, for you'll never see. And you can't live in a world of light, for you'll never open your eyes. Only in a world of grey can we see the full spectrum of colors and the beauty before our eyes.
Be diplomatic, there are responsible ways to use drugs (other then a war). Moderation is key. Don't be the droning voice that teenagers won't believe.

You have to check out the website because he defines his argument really well and i can respect him for it.. but his definition of free speech and anti-americanism gets me. Below is the letter i wanted to send... and below that is the actual letter because he only accepted up to 500 words...
First Letter

I don't know where to begin with this letter. So I’ll simply make a statement
Terrorism is a word, and doesn't exist in the real world beyond a society of individuals who deem another society’s action is inappropriate toward their standard of living. If the action is minor, it is deemed criminal, and as the intensity of the crime increases it goes up a scale until you commit crimes against a nation which we deemed as terrorist. (Which doesn’t make sense because a nation can't be held accountable for crimes only individuals. Why should a entity that doesn’t exist have immunity for action? Why did we create this scapegoat of nations and groups?)
But I’ll continue.
In the terrorists view they are solders fighting a battle against a suppressor. But in our view we are fighting a battle against a group of terrorists who will strap bombs to their body and blow themselves up to make a statement. Disregard they don't have enough money to buy suffocated weapons to fight us. Their fighting the only way they know how.
But you know all this
Your calling for a boycott against a TV show that has brought you some media time, some fame, and concentration on an issue. (Whether you wanted it or not). It seems that you simply want people to stop watching and turn a blind eye to the show. Not only that, you most likely would want to just shut up anything you deem as unpatriotic or anti-American if you had the power to do so.
Well tell me sir what is un-American? Do you know? Do you have a degree in unamericanism (yes I totally made up that word)? You say she has the right to say whatever she wants, but then state in your reason that you will no longer enable an anti-American individual to occupy our network television airtime.
So does this mean people still have the right to state their opinion in this country? (Obviously not if you feel the way that you do). Its kind of funny how this happens you view this as anti-American, I view it as patriotic.
I simply see the book 1984, or Stalin as the dictator covering the media from what he doesn’t believe needs to be said.

No regret
I want to yell at the people who put this in their profile "No Regrets".. They look back at their lifes and analyze their lives.. realize what they did they did they did for a reason and say life should be lived without regrets because at some time or another its exactly what a person wanted to do.
Now i don't know what tree you crawled up, what outfit didn't work for you, what boyfriend/girlfriend broke up with you, but to live life without regret. Well that's just not human.
Your looking at the miniscule problems that mean jack shit, regret isn't the word your looking for. Your actually thinking of the phrase "no worries". Worrying means your tormenting yourself by past thoughts. Regret means to feel sorrow or remorse for (an act, fault, disappointment, etc.): He no sooner spoke than he regretted it. (dictionary.com)
An example of worrying is like, i had a bad day, i got in an accident and i don't know what my family is going to say. (you can add regret in here by saying if i didn't drink and drive tonight i wouldn't of been in an accident, which is something you probably shouldn't of done in the first place.)
Regret.. Is a whole different can of worms.. Its on a different plateau from from worrying. An example would be a convicted murderer awaiting his death sentence over steak, potatoes, carrots, lobster, shrimps, and a Klondike bar. And once he finished his meal, had his after meal cigarette, he lies down in his bed, and realizes his impending doom could of been averted if he was a better person. If the gun wasn't there, the man didn't mouth off to him, if he just listened, if i didn't pull the trigger.
Regret makes us human, and individuals who choose to live their lives without regret are stupid. Regret helps us learn, to degrade the meaning of a situation is to block out a portion of your life. To not deal with it, would be irresponsible. Don't degrade a lesson that could help you with the rest of your life and promote your own way of life that's idiotic.
Learn, live, love. Regret what you need to, and carry it with you. Let it bleed from your heart so others will understand the mistakes you've made beneath your mask. Or you'll go through life a ghost, blind to make the same mistake over and over like a newborn baby. coming up with a clever excuse why to not learn the regretful lesson and continue living your life in sweet oblivion.

Regret makes us human, and individuals who choose to live their lives without regret are stupid. Regret helps us learn, to degrade the meaning of a situation is to block out a portion of your life. To not deal with it, would be irresponsible. Don't degrade a lesson that could help you with the rest of your life and promote your own way of life that's idiotic.
Learn, live, love. Regret what you need to, and carry it with you. Let it bleed from your heart so others will understand the mistakes you've made beneath your mask. Or you'll go through life a ghost, blind to make the same mistake over and over like a newborn baby. coming up with a clever excuse why to not learn the regretful lesson and continue living your life in sweet oblivion.

Iraq
I've been reading a bunch lately on the current situation in Iraq and the degrading coalition of the willing. I can't help but look at the country and say it was doomed from the get go. A foreign government invades and topples a regime, only to side with half of the population. Creating the roots for a civil war in a country that honestly needs to be divided if peace is going to be pursued.
The religious beliefs of the Sunni and Shiite are not comparable with each other. Our basic moral values such as the freedom of religion seems alien and they simply want to work with other like minded individuals. They live in a world of absolutes, black and white, right and wrong, while the united states brings in a shade of grey to a culture that's not ready for it.
When someone says no to a situation or law in our country, we might protest, write a letter to the congress man/woman, organize meetings and talk with other individuals. These simple actions are not translating properly over there, and they do not realize how much can be accomplished with time and effort.
What they realize is that giving their life makes a statement, it a crude way but a legitimate way in their eyes. Wasting time arguing with a side that you hate like heated debates before the American civil war will not be resolved while we are there. Governments are forged in bloodshed, conflict, and determination. The side that wants to govern most and stands up to their ideas firmly will win.
I can see no reason why we should not at least support a side by equipment and training if it fits the best interest of America, i do not however want to see us wasting countless lives because we are fighting for a side that does not want to stand up for a government we enacted.

Hate
I am so one sided right now I feel as if my head were full of acidic bomb and the whole fuse theory has failed to combined my other self. Hatred.. Back lashing hatred i have right now.. I have found my anti-self and i am very very pissed off at the process of finding another individual..
When i realize how pathetic their attempt is to try and connect with me, i look back on my life and try to compair that what they're doing to how i attempted to attain going out with other individuals in my life.. It makes me hate even the attempt of trying to connect with another individual, their sad pathetic look, their trying to stay as long as possible, to be close in a converstation even when they have nothing to say.
THE WHOLE PROCESS IS HORRID.
I can now say, I don't care if i find person z.. i found person x.. the bitchiest person that is around, the person that makes you realize that its pointless to find person z. give up, your efforts are idoitic..
I honestly do not forsee myself going out with a female in the next 10 years.. i would be happy if that moment never came because i found my person x. the person that makes you hate every characteristic of the opposite sex.

Complete and Utter Randomness
For this post i want to touch on a few things I found.
While i was sitting at my computer, I stumbled across a song by Gnarls Barkley titled "crazy". Which you can listen to if you click here. Lyrically its an amazing song, with just a simplistic approach for drums and bass with a quiet choir in the background. Occasionally strings will jump in, filling in the darkness. I looked to see if he had any other songs that would stand out but this was the only one. The lyrics for this song can be found here.
Another thing I've noticed is that people who place quotes in their profiles are placing quotes that are most meaningful to them at that particular moment in there life. Thus I've decided to save the ones that stood out and actually think about these rather then simply closing the box and with the quote never really existing.. I'll try to do this type of post every now and then, it just gives me a break and allows me to find something different.

Addiction
I want to yell at the individual who created massive multiplayer online games such as wow, eve, ever quest, and ww2 online. What you've created is what I will call "digital crack" that forces an individual to play your game as long as he can to no end. Basically putting more emphasis on an individual’s digital life then their real life. I really would like the past 2 week of my life back from playing your pathetic game, because all I wanted to do was come home and level my character up. But I wised up, I looked around my apartment and realized shit needs to be done, and my addiction toward your game needs to go.. YOU FAILED...
But then it dawned on me, everyone has their addiction...
Its not just your game, its TV, its the Sunday drive to church, the cold air from our air conditioning units, the food, the drinks, and most importantly money.
Tell me something, are we really created equal if were a society addicted to money? How is a low income family compare to the bill gates family? I thought somewhere in American society I was taught that all men are created equal... Which is now, everyone is created equal (because women figured out how to stand up for themselves (congratulations)).
Well here's a thought, lets kick this stupid money addiction, and the first place it needs to go is in the medical world. You can not be denied full medical treatment based on the color of your skin, your gender, your age, lets just add the size of your wallet to that.
How could this happen? Firstly legalize drugs, the taxes we could make off of them would pump a hell of a lot of money into the American economy that could be used to give citizens free health care. Oh and you don't have to show commercials on TV that buying drugs promotes terrorism, so terrorists won't be able to make money off of drugs (whoa were killing two birds with one stone). The whole legalization process is a complex task that proper education and laws need to be thought out.
And secondly, if people want to live unhealthy, great that's their choice in life. But the government should really push for healthy living styles. Most Americans can go to McDonalds and get a double cheeseburger for a buck... You honestly don't have the food you need to live long healthy lives, so lets fucking tax it. If you want to eat a cheeseburger lets say 3 cents will go toward the health system because you’re more likely to need health care then a person who eats a salad. This is also how the legalizing of drugs makes a lot of money for the health system. If drugs are bad for you like the government says then they'd have no problem heavily taxing individuals who buy a bag of pot, hit of acid, or an eight ball because these individuals are at a higher risk then individuals that do not use the product. What I’m saying is we already have the system in place (cigarettes) just expand it so we can live a healthy living style cheaper then living an unhealthy living style.
It is viable to have free medical care in this country. And guess what, free medical care means that companies don't have to pay 200 dollars a month for health care so employees get a 200 dollar raise a month in jobs where healthcare was a benefit. Oh one more thing before I stop the whole medical spiel, companies should not be allowed to put a patent on a drug that is life saving. We have one of the greatest epidemics occurring inAfrica and the people of Africa have to pay a premium price to receive drugs that could otherwise be made cheaply. I think it’s a good idea to allow companies to help people, I think helping people is a good idea!
I know I didn't solve the money problem, maybe one day I’ll figure out how to fix it, but for now it’s a start.

Wondering.... I don't know what you'll think when your done with this one....
Oh how many things I will elaborate on now that alcohol is now in my system.... I will first and foremost give my thanks to a drug that will eventually destroy my liver, thus ending my life... Alcohol.... Without it I would not be so out spoken and open about how I currently feel. Although, I must say that life in itself is the slowest form of death and all that we have learned in life are the lessons about the useless knowledge of existence.
Were meat and bones, simply to be crushed by a thumb as we would to an ant. Simply were a combination of senses that elaborate in five areas which include sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. They form a reducing valve that gives us our current sight on how we think the world operates. Without this reducing valve, we are lost in the endless spectrum of shapes and colors that are not to be effected by the minuscule fifth dimension we call time. For without the reducing valve; we'd simply be awestruck staring endlessly at a flower... Admiring its beauty and saying how all life should be the same; incompatible of communicating with another individual on the endless fractals that exist within the flower...
What I'm talking about is a visionary experience... A visionary experience is a way that an individual can inadvertently alter his perception of normal reality (sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell) and can view the world in a different light. This is whyAmerica
For In the middle ages altering the reducing valve was so much easier. Chanting or singing for a prolonged period of time created more CO2 in your system then your body could get rid of. This altered an individuals perceptions which caused them a lapse in the reducing valve that increased acceptance of outside ideas. (Aldous Huxley "Heaven and Hell" *I'll continue to use his book to explain a visionary experience*).
They also lived within a time where colors were not widespread and a visionary experience could occur simply upon seeing a piece of gold, a valuable gem, or the lighting of a city. All of which we take for granted today, but a visionary experience as Huxley puts it is not hard to experience.
As soon as our mind wonders, I believe our mind has experienced something we have yet to describe. Something that.... someday artificial intelligence might comprehend. If only we could explain how a light, a feeling, an altering of our reducing valve, makes a visionary experience to a simple binary form of ones and zeros.... Then we will have finally sealed our place in history, and ensured the continuation of our planet... Even if its not from a human form...

The Da Vinci Code
I was raised catholic, all my life and decided to go to college. I took some classes, learned how the world works and learned how to raise questions. For instance: Can anyone prove the existence of god without a shadow of a doubt?
You might have some good arguments (such as the first clause argument (simply how did the universe begin)), but in the end your left with a book that was passed down through generations upon generations of monks who lived in the dark ages. I know they probably did a lot of investigative journalism and didn't modify the bible at all when they were copying it by hand to keep it safe. *that's what you call sarcasm*
I would go on about the "tales" of the bible but were here for the Da Vinci Code. I saw a pack of cultists (aka Christians) outside my mall today protesting the showing of this movie. They said it was an insult and degrading to their faith as Christians. I rolled my window down and did my biggest fake laugh and shouted "it's a fictional movie!!!" Honestly, if you get offended by a movie that is fictional and you feel the need to tell people not to go see it and convert to Christianity so you can promote the republican movement in the country to outlaw abortion which eventually leads to a bunch of oil companies getting rich.... then..... wow you really need to wake up about what your protesting....

To be honest, a fictional movie doesn’t have to be true, it could straight out say Christianity is the devil and no one would really care... BECAUSE IT'S A MOVIE!!! The thing i really hate about the Catholic Church is our new pastor... Our old pastor was down to earth and told people to just be nice to each other treat others with respect... I mean it's good values.... However we got a new priest and every time he speaks he's talking about some miracle that recently happened. I honestly don't know where he gets his miracles but my goal is to write one of hell of a miracle and e-mail it to him on x-mas eve to see if he'll use it in his Christmas eve speech..
I also like how the passion of Christ was embraced by Christians across the nation... however you never see a Muslim movie such as the valley of the wolves being played in America that portrays Islam extremists as heroes and Americans as the enemy…Wake upAmerica

the drunken individual side of the moon
During my college experience i learned a lot of things about the world, one important fact I learned which my roommate bob didn't is not to put beer in the refrigerator space that was not yours. Somehow a few beers got drunken. I will not use spell check for this post so i guess individuals looking for free beer can count the number of English errors and get back to me on how i did and I'll buy them a beer when we to meet......
So what shall i talk about ....sip beer...OK i got it... i guess ill talk about what i really learned by going to college.......
By going to college I learned that I don't like people... Yes individuals are interesting, but the vast majority of people you meet at college are not decent people, much like high school Their minisqual problems are self absorbed and their dependence on outside sources to indulge in their self absorbed world make me want to vomit. So i'm happy with the small group of friends i retained from college, and high school..
I learned my limits to alcohol... yes people go to college and have nights where they just get sloppy drunk and waddle around the street until they pass out.. I had those nights, but I've learned not to have these nights when driving a car.... I guess it pays to spend a good amount of money drinking at college so you don't kill yourself not knowing your limit...
There is a time for work and there is a time for play... I learned to procrastinate like a mother fucker, but when the time comes, i'll get shit done.. Scheduling your time is another important factor in going to college.
Maturing as an individual, yes i did a lot of stupid things that i shall never repeat, but the learning experience is priceless. Sometimes you have to stick your head in the toilet and flush it before you realize something was a stupid idea and college is a perfect time to exercise that experience.
Women are the best things in life, and also the worst.. the deepest of your emotions can be explored and toyed with by other individuals you let in. From the greatest mountains of ecstasy to bottomless pits of humiliation, the exploration of the opposite sex can be well..... the sum of human emotions into a finite space where a infinite amount of feelings one could experience can never be fully described because the feelings in themselves are infinite and the measurement of those feelings are deterministic, thus never the same for any individual (even when experiencing the same thing).
Taste is subjective. And individuals who can not understand that shouldn't be in college.

So what shall i talk about ....sip beer...OK i got it... i guess ill talk about what i really learned by going to college.......
By going to college I learned that I don't like people... Yes individuals are interesting, but the vast majority of people you meet at college are not decent people, much like high school Their minisqual problems are self absorbed and their dependence on outside sources to indulge in their self absorbed world make me want to vomit. So i'm happy with the small group of friends i retained from college, and high school..
I learned my limits to alcohol... yes people go to college and have nights where they just get sloppy drunk and waddle around the street until they pass out.. I had those nights, but I've learned not to have these nights when driving a car.... I guess it pays to spend a good amount of money drinking at college so you don't kill yourself not knowing your limit...
There is a time for work and there is a time for play... I learned to procrastinate like a mother fucker, but when the time comes, i'll get shit done.. Scheduling your time is another important factor in going to college.
Maturing as an individual, yes i did a lot of stupid things that i shall never repeat, but the learning experience is priceless. Sometimes you have to stick your head in the toilet and flush it before you realize something was a stupid idea and college is a perfect time to exercise that experience.
Women are the best things in life, and also the worst.. the deepest of your emotions can be explored and toyed with by other individuals you let in. From the greatest mountains of ecstasy to bottomless pits of humiliation, the exploration of the opposite sex can be well..... the sum of human emotions into a finite space where a infinite amount of feelings one could experience can never be fully described because the feelings in themselves are infinite and the measurement of those feelings are deterministic, thus never the same for any individual (even when experiencing the same thing).
Taste is subjective. And individuals who can not understand that shouldn't be in college.

Money brings out the worst in people... It should be outlawed... But individuals will say, oh your a communist bastard, the only reason communism didn't work was because you had a dictator running the government and not a set of individuals who were set on furthering the progress of man kind.
That's what we need right now, we don't need big oil companies being like we have 20 percent profit earnings this period... i guess were making governments collapse because our goods cost too much.... oh well the individuals in that country that matter can get out and go to a stable country while the poor people can fight amongst themselves...
