Content

               There are no breaks,
       When your trying,
                             To climb a mountain,

                    Every breath,
                                    Is required,
                                          in the effort,
                                To reach,
                                            The top,

          But in the end,
                    It dosn't really matter,
  
                  As long as your content,
                                        With how far,
                               You've come.

The High Seas

       A bounty,
              Is what every pirate,
                   Works for,

  And they'll fight,
             Tooth,
                     And Nail,

    To keep it,
            Long after,
                      The pillage.

Honesty is the Best Policy

   If you don't,
       Take care of yourself,
                 How,
            Can you take care,
                                 Of others.

            Without being
                          Labeled,
                                    a fraud?

A New Direction

       Change is,
                   A slap on the wrist,
            In order,
                To motivate oneself
                       to reinvent,
                             The wheel.

Team Building

  Learning,
          In a team,
     has a different objective,

  While you
           yourself,
               might know,
                         The quickest,
                             Easiest answer,

      Other members,
                       Of the team,
               Might have conflicting paths,
                         

                  Just,  
                      Be patient,
                                Allow them a decent sized,
                            Leash,
                                   to grow,

           This will ensure,
                                You can bring them back,
                             When assistance,
                          Is Required

A Give or Take Society

    Depending on the day,

                             I could be,

              Giver or a Taker,

        But I must say,

                    Putting someone before yourself,

             Is much more rewarding,

                         Then simply,

         Satisfying a mundane,

                                 personal need,

     Givers,

          Are planners,

        

     These people,

                    look to the future,

             to satisfy needs,

                              of others,

         Takers,

               Live in the moment,

       Theses people,

                     Are short sighted,

               But motivated to fulfill,

                                        A singular goal,

     Today,

  As a bystander,

                   I've realized, 

             There is nothing,

                      more annoying,

  

              Then a unprepared taker,
