You gotta burn down bridges to end old friendships,
                 cuz they just can't take a hint,
           that you don't give a shit,

They'd rather waste your time and let their feelings decay,
                  But your fucking up your life,
          and I can't follow you that way,

Life Lesson

You can only learn,
               as much you can,
         from the smartest man,

And at the pinnacle of your knowledge,
                don't panic,
just understand
         there no one else to learn from,

And for a while you'll
              pave your own road,
to nowhere until your satisfied,

Time
   will dictate when you,
hand it off,
     or leave it be,

And with the project aside
                  everything will become clearer,

because when you return from this path,
                     the student becomes the teacher.
