An Ever Changing World

Why were we placed on a rock in the middle of the universe millions of light years beyond anything of relative importance?

We have waged war, conquered and wrote history, only to be conquered again and re-wrote history again and again.  Through infinite possibilities we now live in the world that exists as it is today.

What scares me is the thing that will ultimately ruin our society is the limiting of ideas and the value we put on a piece of paper.  Laws are in constant creation and an individuals who say democracy and free enterprise are the best system we have need to wake up because no one is equal in America anymore.

It seems like we have accepted a glorified fiefdom where upper class (individuals such as Paris Hilton)
can buy anything in the world and watch it burn for warmth. Whereas the lower class that needs these material goods to survive must waste an exorbitant amount of time just to make a little bit better then the status quo.

With our leaders in a constant state of argument its hard to foresee a clear vision of change for the better.  If anything it appears that until we stand up for ourselves, society in American can fall by the wayside.

And with our ideas in a constant state of copyright how long would it take until its illegal to think with the world population reaching 10 billion people?
