To Take Lead

A supreme political leader is able to adequately identify the needs of a country, move the countries resources to fill in the needs, and above all stay fair and balanced. A political groups agenda must fall by the way side for a leader to do an adequate job running a country in which multiple groups are in power. This leader must also be in the constant state of compromise; and if not up to the task, will be categorized with a singular idea that  ensures bias toward the whole.

A leader must be a grand listener, with the ability to consult reliable resources outside of his/her knowledge. Action has to be decisive and the words used by the leader must not be rushed. Speaking is the first draft of writing, so leaders must carefully choose the words to be expressed to his or her republic.

don't you find it funny that leaders probably never write their own words. they are basically handed a script, crafted by the "real" people in power.
