A Give or Take Society

    Depending on the day,

                             I could be,

              Giver or a Taker,

        But I must say,

                    Putting someone before yourself,

             Is much more rewarding,

                         Then simply,

         Satisfying a mundane,

                                 personal need,

     Givers,

          Are planners,

        

     These people,

                    look to the future,

             to satisfy needs,

                              of others,

         Takers,

               Live in the moment,

       Theses people,

                     Are short sighted,

               But motivated to fulfill,

                                        A singular goal,

     Today,

  As a bystander,

                   I've realized, 

             There is nothing,

                      more annoying,

  

              Then a unprepared taker,
