The "It'll Be Ok" Parade

 The band,        
       marches through,

                 Playing a,
                           catchy tune,

            As the cement,
                             Crumbles,
                                     Beneath their feet,

              The crowd reacts,
                                  While Waving there,
                                                American Flags,

                 As the surrounding houses,
                                          Slowly fall into,
                                a state of disrepair,

                    A Fire truck is next,
              Throwing candy to,
                                        the kids,

    As excuses
                are exchanged,
             putting their future,
                                    in danger,

             A float comes by,
                             waving at all,
                        they pass by,

          As areas
                are abandoned,
                              left to their own decay.
