Honesty vs Reality

Our first reaction,
    is the most honest,

   Which,
      is immediately followed by,
           A retraction,

   This revision,
        Is a calculated decision,
           of what is considered,
         acceptable behavior,

           This can only be learned,
       through the observation,
                      of  a constantly evolving,
                surrounding.
