I believe racism,
     Is the checkbox,
   On an application,

        The information stored,
           In databases,
                That is not relevant,
              To your ability,           

          To be used as an after thought,
            If you can do a job,
              Go to school,
               Be in the Military,

          My advice
       Don't ask in the first place,
               Don't mention
                        if your,
                  black or white,
           Old or young,
               Male or Female,

      Not in conversation,
   Not on a form,
          Never,

      Let us remove the word,
         From the dictionary,
            Today,
                Till the end of time.
